Actor Larry Anderson became a member of Scientology in 1976. He is known for his roles in Boston Public, Days of Our Lives, Mad Men, and Mork & Mindy. Anderson even starred in the church’s 40-minute promotion film titled Orientation, which was released in 1996. In 2008, he became frustrated with the organization’s auditing and astronomical costs for the numerous reprints of tutoring books following the founder’s death.
