42. 1968: Cybill Shepherd
Cybill Shepherd, a Memphis, Tennessee native and winner of the city’s Model of the Year contest, is a gorgeous actress and singer who was also a pretty big deal in the fashion world in her day. From being the cover of many huge magazines like Glamour to being the spokesperson of L’Oreal, she was eventually discovered and shifted her focus to acting. She’s perhaps most famous for her performance in Martin Scorsese’s Taxi Driver (1976).
41. Circa 1980s: Catherine Bach as Daisy Duke
Catherine Bach was a child star as her first role was one of the kids in The Sound of Music. Then she got her big break when she found out that they were looking for a Dolly Parton type for a new tv series called The Dukes of Hazzard, and the rest was history. And in this rare photo, we see Catherine Bach wearing pink, skimpy daisy dukes just like her character in the hit television series. Better than Jessica Simpson, right?
